Art Director

Develop and execute innovative visual concepts across multiple media channels, including print, digital, and social media.
- Oversee the work of designers, illustrators, photographers, and other creative professionals.
- Collaborate with production, marketing, content, brand and product teams to align creative strategies with business goals.
- Present creative ideas and concepts to stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating vision and rationale.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to the design team.
- Work with external agencies and vendors as needed to achieve project objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar leadership role within a creative environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various platforms and industries.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute creatively.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX design is a plus.
