As a **Sales Manager SEA - BU Tensioning**, your mission will be to continue promote
Nord-Lock brand value by developing and growing business (Superbolt, Boltight) in SEA region.

**Your profile consists of the following areas of experience, knowledge, and responsibility**:

- To perform Sales-Focused activities in SEA targeting Market Development and Growth in the General Industrial/Manufacturing, Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry/achieve yearly sales target
- Interact with Engineering, Maintenance, OEMs, and Owners to promote Nord-Lock Group/Tensioning product portfolio
- Train, grow and develop Distributors/Partners, in SEA for them to actively take part in and contribute to the Regions Sales Turnover and increased market coverage
- Support customers with Sales-Quotations and Technical support (pre-sales) on a timely and accurate basis
- Regular Updates of Customers accounts/activities and projects via Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Conduct Market research, Awareness and Knowledgeable about competitor’s products and capabilities
- Works within a regional matrix in support of the overall growth of the SEA market
- Travel within SEA region required, when necessary
- Controls Expenses to meet budget guidelines
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
- Completion of other duties as requested by the Reporting Manager and BU

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in related fields: Oil and Gas and Petrochemical Industry will be a bonus
- Previous work experiences of the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Business and an
understanding of the relationships between Owners, Contractors, and other players in the industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Well proven language skills in spoken and written English with additional preferred knowledge in any or multiple local languages
- Discipline and ability to work with minimum supervision
- Independent, Resourceful and Proactive in problem solving
- Related Bolt Tensioning knowledge and experiences will be a bonus
- Well-developed sense of customer support and relationship maintenance combined with an outgoing and open personality
- Willing to travel internationally, whenever necessary
