Job Responsibilities:
- Administrate Plant Manager appointments, special events & meetings into Microsoft calendar and remind him from overlook.
- To arrange with safety department for plant visitor’s PPE (Personal Protective Equipements).
- To administrate any submitted documentation / forms for P.M approval and inform related departments for collection after the approval.
- Arrange travelling air tickets, pickup transport and hotel booking for Plant site personals, visitors and guests as per notice from Plant Manager.
- Adhere and comply with all safety and health procedures and regulations set for the Management/Authority and to inform the OSH Committee as and when there is an unsafe act, situation or practice being observed.
- To setup teleconference kits prior to any Plant Manager scheduled conference call meeting.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by management from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Location: Perindustrian Tampoi, Johor Bahru
- Department: Operation

Contract length: 4 months
Pay: From RM600.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
