**TEALIVE - NOW HIRING (FULL-TIME CREW)**

**Location**: Tealive Mydin Bukit Mertajam
**Position**: Tealive Crew (Full-Time)

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Service**
- Greet and welcome every customer with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take orders accurately and provide product recommendations.
- Promote and upsell Tealive products.

**2. Beverage Preparation**
- Prepare and serve beverages according to Tealive’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure all drinks meet Tealive’s quality standards.

**3. Kitchen ; Tea & Topping Preparation**
- Brew tea & prepare toppings according to SOP and timing.
- Ensure tea & toppings are fresh, properly labelled, and stored.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen/topping preparation area.

**4. Outlet Operations**
- Perform cleaning duties, restocking, and maintain overall outlet hygiene.
- Support daily operations for smooth and efficient service.

**5. Product Knowledge**
- Understand and explain menu items to customers.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum qualification**:SPM / O-Level**.
- **SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.**:

- Experience in F&B is an advantage but **not required** (training provided at same outlet).
- Able to work **flexible hours**, including **weekends & public holidays**.
- Willing to work **overtime** if needed.
- Full-time position only; must be able to commit long-term.
