**Key Responsibilities1. Product and Material Inspection**:

- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product specifications.
- Approve or reject products and materials that do not meet quality standards.

**2. Process Monitoring**:

- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the production line.
- Conduct periodic checks to identify deviations or issues in processes, machinery, or materials.

**3. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management review.

**4. Problem Solving and Corrective Actions**:

- Investigate causes of defects and collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Recommend improvements to processes, materials, or products to enhance quality.

**5. Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure that all quality control activities align with company policies, customer requirements, and relevant regulations (e.g., ISO standards).
- Assist in audits related to quality systems and product compliance.

**6. Team Support and Training**:

- Provide feedback and training to production teams on quality expectations and best practices.
- Support the implementation of new quality control systems or procedures.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Quality Control, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in a QC role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with QC tools and techniques (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis).
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and software.
- Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in Quality Management or ISO standards (preferred).

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Percentage of defects in raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Number of corrective actions implemented and resolved.
- Audit scores for internal and external quality inspections.
- Compliance rate with quality standards and customer requirements.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
