**Strategi Sosial Komersial & Peningkatan Jualan**
- Merancang dan melaksanakan strategi sosial komersial yang berkesan untuk memaksimumkan jualan terus melalui platform seperti TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, dan jualan secara langsung.
- Mengenal pasti peluang kandungan berimpak tinggi untuk meningkatkan interaksi dan kadar penukaran (conversion rate).
- Sentiasa mengikuti trend terkini bagi menarik perhatian golongan muda dan audiens yang lebih pelbagai.
- Bekerjasama dengan pasukan pemasaran, e-dagang, dan jualan bagi memastikan pengalaman membeli yang lancar.

**Strategi Kandungan & Arah Video**
- Memimpin perancangan dan pelaksanaan kandungan yang menarik untuk meningkatkan jualan dan keterlibatan jenama.
- Mengarahkan dan menyelia penghasilan video, siaran langsung, serta penceritaan visual yang sejajar dengan strategi produk.
- Membangunkan kalendar kandungan yang menyokong kempen pemasaran, pelancaran produk, dan trend bermusim.
- Memastikan semua kandungan berkualiti tinggi, menarik, dan dioptimumkan untuk sosial komersial.
- Membimbing pasukan pencipta kandungan, juruvideo, dan pereka grafik untuk menghasilkan kandungan yang berkesan.

- Guide a team of content creators, videographers, and designers to execute engaging content.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, sales-driven, and passionate about shaping the future of social commerce through impactful content.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
