**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide day-to-day IT support across departments, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure services and related infrastructure.
- Oversee IT asset management systems and maintain accurate inventory tracking.
- Generate actionable insights and reports using data and analytical tools
- Provide basic support for Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms.
- Monitor and manage network performance and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
- Assist in IT project rollouts, upgrades, and documentation.
- Work closely with managed service providers (MSPs), vendors and other departments to resolve issues and implement solutions.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- 2+ years in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Experience using asset tracking systems for hardware and software inventory.
- Ability to create comprehensive reports and dashboards with data and analytical tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI).
- Basic familiarity with hotel PMS and POS systems (e.g. Opera, MICROS).
- Understanding of network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Operational experience especially in hospitality/hotel is an added advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
