Serves patients by preparing medications, giving pharmacological information to multidisciplinary health care team, and monitoring patient drug therapies
- Complies with state and federal drug laws as regulated by the state board of pharmacy and the drug enforcement administration
- Maintain records for controlled substances and remove outdated and damaged drugs from the pharmacy inventory.
- Ensure that all drug procurement, storage and supply activities and non-drug items are managed in accordance with existing procedures
- Ensure stock is kept according to specific storage needs
- Approve the purchase, production and supply of goods from stock and non-stock goods for ordering
- Ensure the stock of medicines and goods is always adequate and monitor the trend of use of goods
- Review and take necessary action on received product quality complaints
- Take action for recalling directed details/products
- Ensure that action for the disposal of details under control is made in accordance with the prescribed rules
- Ensure annual stock inspections and unexpected inspection are carried out
- Maintain safety measures for Selcare Pharmacy members and available equipment as specified
- Supervise the duties of Selcare Pharmacy members and ensure that they are discipline and provide quality services in accordance standard procedures
- Maintain retail and wholesale records as required by law
- Attend continuous learning session (CPD) for pharmacist
- Attend designated meeting
- Ensure that Selcare Pharmacy Sdn Bhd is registered with the Pharmaceutical Services Division and the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency and all required licenses are renewed annually
- Provide training to all members of Selcare Pharmacy to perform a specific task
- Ensure that all regulations issued by the Pharmaceutical Services Division are complied with
- Provide advice on health issue and medication prescription to customer
- Process accepted prescription and dispense medicines need by customer
- Other directed tasks

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least Bachelor Degree/Master in Pharmacy/Pharmacology
- Registered with Pharmaceutical Board
- Fresh Graduate OR having a license with no registration in any other company
- Able to communicate effectively and work independently
- Computer literate
- Job Type : Full-time
