Backhoe Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate backhoe equipment to perform a variety of tasks such as excavation, trenching, and loading.
- Dig, lift, move, and place materials as required on-site.
- Conduct pre-operational checks and maintenance of the backhoe to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of co-workers and the public.
- Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
- Monitor worksite conditions and communicate any issues or hazards promptly.
- Keep records of work completed, materials moved, and equipment maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Backhoe Operator.
- Valid backhoe operating certification/license recognized in Malaysia are advantegous.
- Strong understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices for operating heavy machinery.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Able to travel is prefferred.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
