Account Assistant

**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in similar capacity
- Well verse in MS Excel. Experience in project accounting system will be an added advantage.
- Possess strong sense of responsibility, initiative, interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
- Result oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Aggressive, highly motivated with strong desire to grow and take challenges.
- Love to learn and grow continuously in learning & development field.
**Responsibilities**:
- Able to handle Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Handle daily entries, income and sales report, sales receipts
- Issuance of invoice to clients and posting into the accounting system
- Prepare Statement of Account to various client and overdue reminder if applicable
- Compile internal and external timesheet and posting into the accounting system
- Ensure completeness of all invoices/documents before sending to client
- Balanced entries, organized documents, debits and credits
- Keep, record and control all petty cash for daily expenses and capturing petty cash transactions in accounting system
- Assist in monthly reporting packages
- Assist in preparation of audit and tax schedules and responding to queries from auditors/tax agents
- Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Ensured all cash and payment handled is fully accounted for. All money received must be invoiced without delay.
- Ensured all collection and payment received properly accounted for in the accounting system.
- Travel as and when required performing assigned duties in seminars
