1. Drafting procedures for skill training and assessment for the implementation of collaborative training programs with the Education Department;
2. Developing teaching and learning materials based on Standards/NOSS;
3. Explaining to trainees the objectives, training needs, and assessment processes, including theory and practical performance of the certified program based on the latest NOSS;
4. Registering trainees through the specified system for the purpose of participating in training programs;
5. Implementing skill training and assessment processes for the execution of certified training programs with reliability, transparency, and authenticity continuously;
6. Conducting theoretical and practical assessments for the execution of core abilities encompassing communication, personality, discipline, self-confidence, ethics, and others;
7. Monitoring performance progress and guiding trainees in each skill;
8.Assisting trainees in preparing evidence records of skills. Completing, finalizing, and validating the Cumulative Assessment Record (RPK) of trainees as soon as the assessment is completed based on reliability, transparency, and authenticity;
10. Ensuring that trainees' assessment records are updated in the system immediately after the assessment is completed;
11.Managing the certification of trainees who have completed skill training based on the certified program;
12.Performing follow-up actions based on the PPL report for improvement purposes from time to time

13.Perform any ad-hoc tasks from time to time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
