1. Ensure to get familiar with standard analytical lab equipment usage in pharmaceutical industry. 2. Compile and record data for documentation needed for testing and reports preparation. 3. Analysts perform complex chemical tests on materials and samples as requested or assigned. 4. Manage inventory supplies by keeping track of materials used and ordering new items as needed. 5. Perform maintenance on lab equipment by making calibrations, cleaning equipment, replacing parts, and otherwise keeping equipment functioning properly. 6. Troubleshoot lab equipment to spot problems and report issues to the lab supervisor. 7. Conduct regular computations, update records and develop reports. 8. Develop new testing procedures and technologies. 9. Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. 10. Interact with operations, Quality Assurance and R&D 11. Complete relevant check lists, documentation accurately and timely and per instrustions. 12. Instruct new workers in machine operation. 13. Other duties as assigned.
