**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform rudimentary and functional testing on PCB assemblies using test fixtures and test system
- Troubleshoot and repair defective boards to the component level using schematics and test equipment
- Document failure modes, repair actions, and test results accurately in logs or databases
- Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and other diagnostic equipment effectively
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring board-level failures
- Communicate findings and recommendations to production, engineering and quality teams
- Interpret and work from schematics, layout diagrams, test procedures, and assembly drawings
- Assist in the development and improvement of test processes and troubleshooting guides

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunication Technology or relevant engineering field
- 2+ years of experience testing and troubleshooting electronic assemblies at the board level
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit principles
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and PCB layout drawings
- Hands-on experience with soldering, desoldering, and rework of electronic components
- Experience in using test instruments including oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzer, and power supplies
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and IPC-7711/7721 standards
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Experience in a contract manufacturing or high-mix, low-volume environment
- Familiarity with automated test systems or boundary scan tools
- Experience working with RF or high-speed digital circuits is a plus
