1. To monitor and provide supervision to ensure smooth running field operations. 2. Assist in estate operational management including utilization of human capital and materials, reduce and mitigate the pests and disease attack in plantation. 3. To manage store (fertilizer, chemicals, POL, etc), machinery and other tools. 4. To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports. 5. Inspect the work and quality of crops grown / harvested. 6. Identify problems that arise and report to the management. 7. Assist in any other special / ad-hoc assignment or operation works assigned by superior from time to time.
