Bookstore Assistant

**Requirements**:

- Good command in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia in reading, written and oral.
- Enthusiasm for service, and willingness to serve people.
- Love and passion in reading and cultural activities.
- Fresh graduates and short-term students (part-timers) are welcome to apply.

**Responsibilities**:
**Book Section (English/Mandarin Books)**
- Books restock, display, and sales management
- Provide Customer Service, e.g.: product inquiry and order services
- Execute daily store operation
- Planning festivals or other theme activities.
- Handling books or other merchandises inventory quantities, updating records in the system, dealing with suppliers, and managing related documents filling
- Handling counter cashiering and basic accounting
- On-the-job training will be provided

**Stationary Section**
- Sales management of boutiques, stationeries, and other merchandise
- Visual merchandise displays of collocating, packaging, and creative beautification
- Handle product inquiries and ordering services
- Planning festivals or other theme plans and activities
- On-the-job training will be provided

**Customer Service**
- Handling counter cashiering and basic accounting
- Handling all customer service queries and question
- Handling product inquiries and ordering services
- Executing festivals or other theme plans and activities
- On the job training will be provided
