Field Biologist

**1. Site Visits**
- Inspect sites to assess termite infestations and recommend bait placement.
- Assist Clients with installation and maintenance of our product.
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges.

**2. Client Support and Training**
- Provide hands-on technical support to clients
- Deliver classroom training
- Conduct on-site training to demonstrate installation and monitoring techniques.

**3. Trials and Research**
- Collect and analyze data on product effectiveness and termite behavior.
- Work with the R&D team to improve products based on trial results and feedback.

**4. Data Collection and Reporting**
- Maintain records of site visits
- Prepare reports for internal use, clients, and regulatory purposes.
- Use collected data to optimize strategies and recommend improvements.

**5. Client Engagement**
- Build strong relationships with clients by addressing their concerns and providing updates.
- Represent the company during industry events and product demonstrations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in biology, entomology, or pest management, or related filed
- Strong communication skills for training and client interaction.
- Experience with fieldwork, data analysis, and reporting.
- Willingness to travel and work in diverse environments. Possess own transport.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
