**Planner (Mandarin Speaker)**
- Work with Planning Team for better support to meet department target.
- Responsible to monitor Inventory in daily basis to ensure no shortages for production to connect the line.
- Plan master production schedule in accordance with customer demand.
- Responsible to monitor Manufacturing Order (MO) in daily basis to ensure material complete picking for production.
- Responsible to monitor and manage material planning and update Clear to Build status.
- Responsible to issuing new MO & picklist through ERP system and send schedule to production every week.
- To assist in MO and picklist checking.
- To assist in material planning base on BOM.
- Responsible to update MO status and send to production team in daily basis.
- Responsible to monitor MO to ensure MO completion & closure on time.
- Responsible to update PMS (Production Master Schedule) Report and send to customer in daily basis.
- Responsible to plan and manage production planning and scheduling to fulfil On Time Delivery.
- Responsible to update SVI report & send to SVI Team in weekly basis.
- Responsible to perform any job relates with ERP system.
- To work with production and buyer team closely to monitor and manage production plan vs actual.
- Work with all related department to ensure all order are accurate & delivered in a timely manner.
- Involve for inventory count in monthly basis.
- Perform other ad hoc job as assigned by the superior.

**Job Requirement**:

- Company Quality Policy
- Awareness trained and complying with QMS, HSE, ISMS and ABMS system.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and BOM
- Experience in Production & Material Planning - Experience in any ERP or MRP system
- Microsoft Office Skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
