Preparing documents and forms.
- Maintain company files and records to ensure they remain updated.
- Assist in office management and organization procedures.
- Involve in the issuance of Quotation, Sales Invoice, Delivery Order and Payment Receive.
- Involve in customer communication and licensing.
- Answer the telephone, distribute messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate department.
- Perform other ad hoc office duties as assigned

**Skills and Knowledge requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to work well with a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
