Assist in recruitment activities such as screening, shortlisting, and coordinate on the interview arrangement.
- Compile monthly attendance, leave & OT report, verify the data with respective HOD.
- Conduct employee orientation and exit interview.
- Update and maintain employee’s data in InfoTech system.
- Maintain good filing system and proper records of all documents.
- Assist in planning and organizing events & activities.
- Assist in preparing HR related letter.
- Assist in general and office administrative support.
- Perform any additional ad hoc tasks that assign by management / superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Always maintain high confidentiality and professionalism.
- Resourceful, able to meet deadlines, ability to work independently & good team-player.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Ability to Commute:
- Bandar Kinrara (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Bandar Kinrara: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
