IT Assistant

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for maintaining and upgrading the computer system and IT related devices in the company.
- Troubleshoot and maintain office and telecommunications facilities such as PC, printers, fax, modem and etc.
- Implement IT hardware/software and network requirements.
- Perform back up disaster recovery procedures for the company’s data and perform basic network troubleshooting
- Assist to monitor network performance and assist in troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Assist to maintain inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
- Assist with the installation of software updates, patches, and system upgrades.
- Conduct routine system backups and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in maintaining the Share Centre
- Collaborate with other team on special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and IT trends to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Operating the drones according to the type of work with applicable SOPs.
- Maintaining drones by monthly.
- Communicate to the internal and external stakeholders related drone activities.
- Communicate and coordinate with engineering team related issues.
- Assist in any other task/ assignments as required by the superior.
