**As a Protégé in the Project Development department, you will specialize in Civil & Structural (C&S), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), or Administration. This role provides practical experience and skill development across various stages of project execution, from design and site work to administrative support.**

**Responsibilities**:
**For Civil & Structural (C&S)**:

- Assist in preparing and reviewing structural designs, drawings, and calculations.
- Support site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Help prepare project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and design revisions.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.

**For Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)**:

- Assist in creating and updating M&E design layouts, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Participate in site inspections to monitor the installation of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Support the testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of M&E systems.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other trades to ensure project timelines are met.

**For Administration**:

- Organize and coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, providing regular updates to the project team.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams, contractors, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge in your chosen specialization (C&S, M&E, or Administration).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CAD for C&S/M&E, Microsoft Office for Administration).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Requirements for Electrical Certificate and Facility Management Certificate
