**_(URGENT HIRING) _**

**Responsibilities : -**

**Account**
- Perform a range of clerical accounting duties, updating GL and accounting records, processing collection and payment.
- Assist in preparing full set of monthly management accounts
- Assist in bank reconciliation, update daily bank records
- Ensure documents are well organized and filed up to-date
- Daily operational duties and assist in ad-hoc general administration

**Admin**
- Provide daily general administrative support to ensure the smooth. running of day-to day office and business operations activities.
- Liaise with internal department and external party to follow up on related administrative matters.
- Organize, develop and maintain proper filing system.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Requirements : -**
- Knowledge of accounting software, **SQL will be an added advantage.**:

- Competent in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
- Good team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
- Fast learner.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
