Provide administrative and organizational support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO's calendars, appointments, meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and confidential matters.
- Coordinate and prepare internal and external meetings and events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, record messages, and follow up closely on action items to support the CEO.
- Provide smooth communication between the CEO and internal/external relations by maintaining effective communication channels.
- Maintain regular updates with the CEO to ensure one is informed of upcoming events and tasks.
- Attend meeting room preparation and office management regularly.
- Collect, organize, and maintain confidential documents and files.
- Gather information, and prepare and distribute reports to relevant parties.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc assignments assigned by CEO.

**Key Requirement**
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written communication. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Attention to details, honesty and reliability
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
- Degree holder in Law, Business or related fields, with at least 1 years of working experience
- Must be single, as the job required to travel a lot.
- Possess own transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
