Primary Responsibility: - Assist with warehouse duties including receiving, storage & handling, issuance and inventory control - Responsible for zero safety hazard in daily warehouse operation - To maintain inventory accuracy of 100% - Ensure compliance of standard operating procedures - Make 6S of work culture - Maintain all material handling equipment in good working order - Comply with and communicate the company’s EHSMS, policies, EHS objective & planning, procedures, significant environmental aspects/hazards, EHS roles, responsibilities, accountabilities and authorities, obligations, legal and other requirements, and any relevant EHS issues - Communicate Emergency Response Plan - Report any unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and EHS incidents (including near misses) Job Scope: - Perform daily warehouse operation including receiving, storage & handling and distribution of raw materials and equipment - Stage raw materials and equipment for loading - Load and/ or unload raw materials and equipment onto truck - Move raw materials and equipment to warehouse storage - Perform weekly cycle counts - Operate within standard operating procedures - Ensure good 6S of warehouse at all times - Able to work overtime when required - Other duties as assigned Job Related Experience: - Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in warehouse and logistics environment Knowledge: - Should have a sound understanding of safe warehouse operations - Must be able operate forklift and any other operational tools and equipment Education: - Minimum SPM and above - Hands on experience in warehouse and logistics environment Physical Requirements: - Between the age of 21 - 35 years old preferred - Good physical health Communication: - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) - Able to communicate effectively with colleague and other warehouse staff Competencies (Core / Intellectual/ Interpersonal): - A good executor, team player with holistic aspect in intellectual, interpersonal and motivational competencies - Able to follow instructions - Able to work with minimum supervision - Uphold high integrity - A strong team player - Able to work under tight schedule - Willing to learn and adapt to any changes - Job satisfaction - Personal growth - Chemical handler - Forklift Driver Working Hours: - Normal: 8am to 5.30pm - Shift: 7.30am to 7.30pm (day shift)/ 7.30pm to 7.30am (night shift) Working Environment: - Provide safe Working Environment & Welfare Potential Hazard: - Physical Hazard such as electrical, mechanical, ergonomic, slippery floor, fire & explosion, manual lifting, transport hazard, work at height, sharp edges, hot surfaces - Chemical Hazard such as chemical contact, ingestion, inhalation, lack of oxygen - Biological Hazard such as contaminated food product, bacteria, virus - Psychological Hazard such as excessive workloads
