**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create Dynamic Visuals**: Develop high-quality animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for commercials, events, and product launches.
- **Collaborate Creatively**: Work closely with creative leads, designers, and clients to conceptualize and execute projects.
- **Handle Project Workflows**: Take ownership of projects from storyboard to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- **Innovate with Tools**: Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar to push the boundaries of creativity.
- **Maintain Consistency**: Ensure that all visual assets align with the client’s branding and messaging.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years in animation, motion graphics, or VFX production. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
- **Skills**: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).
- **Creative Eye**: A strong sense of design, motion, and storytelling.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative, communicative, and thrives in a dynamic team environment.
- **Problem-Solver**: Able to troubleshoot technical challenges and find creative solutions under tight deadlines.
- **Bonus**: Experience in projection mapping, AR/VR, or immersive content creation is a plus.
