Responsible to maintain proper stock records and inventory movement records for all construction site materials and ensure proper and secured storage in place.
- Liaise with procurement/suppliers in coordinating construction site store/stock receiving schedules.
- Maintain proper records for all material used on sites.
- Responsible to cooperate with the site team, carry out dynamic management of site storage solutions, schedules, guarantee quality and complete work tasks on time.
- Shall possess sound knowledge of storekeeping operation as per organizational norms and ISO standards.
- Responsible to ensure proper filing and safekeeping of inventory records including avoid over, under-stocking of materials, protect materials from losses and damages.
- To assist in any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess minimum qualifications of SPM and or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate and negotiate with different stakeholders.
- Possess strong coordination, organizational and inventory management skills.
- Possess the ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Possess strong teamwork skills and a sense of urgency.
- Location: IJOK

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Stocking: 1 year (preferred)
