**Working Days & Hours**:

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 8am - 5pm

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Must be able to speak Mandarin.
- Good knowledge in MS software and accounting software, particularly Excel and SQL software.

**Job Scopes**:

- Data entry, filing and any related supporting functions
- Handling accounts payable and receivable, processing e-invoice, and reconciling financial statements
- Reliable, responsible and able to perform multi-tasking efficiency
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
- Assist in payroll processing, including EPF, SOCSO submissions
