Internship for Admin

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure efficient sales operations.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents accurately.
- Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on stock availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
- Assist in tracking sales performance, compiling reports, and updating dashboards.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Manage filing systems for contracts, correspondence, and other sales documentation.
- Support in preparing presentation materials and promotional content as needed.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients and internal stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4-6 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM900.00 per month
