IT Support

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to end-users (hardware, software, network).
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Manage user accounts, backups, and basic server support.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT support or helpdesk.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented attitude.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
