Vice Principal at International School

Utama International School is seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our leadership team as VICE Principal. This role involves managing daily school operations and includes responsibilities as the Examinations Officer, overseeing the administration of internal and external assessments in alignment with international standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily administrative operations and academic support
- Manage school internal and external examinations - coordinate exam timetables, handle registrations, and manage results dissemination.
- Develop academic calendars, schedules, and timetables
- Assist in staff recruitment, training, and development
- Monitor teaching practices and provide feedback to ensure instructional excellence.
- Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and staff
- Monitor student progress, discipline, and well-being
- Organize school events and co-curricular activities
- Implementation of school policies and programs
- Provide regular reports to senior management
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in school administration & leadership role and teaching
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Education or related teaching field (Master preferred)
- Strong knowledge of school operations and exam procedures
- High level of professionalism, integrity and best practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin/Chinese (spoken and written)
- Able to manage a team, multitask, and work independently
- Good understanding of curriculum standards and best teaching practices
