**Your Role: Practice, Learn, Heal**

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our clinical team, providing frontline medical care while learning from a diverse range of real-world cases. This position is ideal for medical graduates eager to deepen their clinical competence, decision-making skills, and confidence in a fast-paced yet closely supervised setting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Patient Care**: Conduct consultations, physical exams, minor procedures, and initiate treatment plans under supervision or as guided by clinical protocols.
- **Emergency & Outpatient Management**: Provide immediate care for walk-in patients and emergency cases — especially during night or weekend shifts.
- **Clinical Documentation**: Accurately record patient histories, assessments, diagnoses, prescriptions, and follow-up plans using EMR systems.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with senior doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare staff to ensure holistic and continuous care.
- **Shift Rotations**: Participate in scheduled day, night, weekend, and public holiday rotations in accordance with our 24-hour service.
- **Patient Education**: Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and family members regarding diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care.
- **Continuous Learning**: Take part in internal training, CME activities, and case discussions to sharpen your skills and stay updated with best practices.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- **Qualifications**: MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC). Housemanship completed.
- **Registration**: Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and full MMC registration.
- **Communication Skills**: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in other languages (e.g. Mandarin or Tamil) is a bonus.
- **Work Ethic**: Reliable, responsive, and able to handle busy hours with grace and professionalism.
- **Empathy-Driven**: You treat each patient with dignity, patience, and compassion, regardless of the case complexity.
