**Qualification**:

- Preferably with a few experiences in similar field but fresh graduate will be considered.
- Able to write and speak good English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Good in MS office: Excel and Words. Knowledge of warehouse documentation and term are preferable
- Able to drive forklift will be advantage

**Responsibilities as follows but not limited to**:
1. Report to Warehouse Section Head / Warehouse Assistant manager

2. Supervise a team to achieve and maintain the highest inventory accuracy.

3. Perform inventory discrepancy reconciliation.

4. Ensure Subordinates follow SOP when discharging their duties

5. Ensure integrity such as transaction, disposition, maintenance, traceability and security are intact.

6. Brief, train, coach and motivate subordinates daily target.

7. Participate day-to-day store operation activities such as receiving, storage, picking, kitting, issuing, and shipment.

8. Involve in daily housekeeping and 5S in store and vicinity area.

9. Ensure goods are pick and release on time to shop floor and shipped on time to customer.

10. Plan and coordinate OT when necessary.

11. Support plan and unplan OT when requested.

12. Upkeep ancillaries and machine, such as, pallet jack, forklift and reach truck in good condition.

13. Comply to safety rules and regulation and make sure subordinates comply when discharging their duty.

14. Attend to store day-to-day issues and follow up till it is close.

15. Identify opportunity for improvement, get approval, plan and execute.

16. Generate daily report such as ICQC, ICQACC etc and trouble shoot the abnormality found.

17. Validate and authorized goods pending for outbound shipment.

18. Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by superior.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
