**Scope**:
This position involves supplier development and management and to effectively liaise with other process owners to sustain and improve Fourté International’s Quality Management System.

**Key Job Authority**:

- Authority to audit and qualify supplier as per FI’s standard
- Authority to Approve suppliers into AVL

**Key Job Accountability**
- Responsible for good part to ship out from FI
- Responsible for ensuring that zero quality issue re-occurrence.
- Responsible for upkeeping and improving Fourté International’s QMS.
- Responsible for Fourté International’s Management representative.
- Responsible to be the point contact for all quality issues with customer.

**Job Functions**
- Evaluating and verifying includes supplier qualification.
- Conduct supplier audit and process validation/audit.
- Conduct supplier SCAR and supplier performance monitoring.
- Manage the QA department.
- Staffing of the QA department.
- Leading, sustaining and improving the QMS.
- Conduct product qualification and process validation.
- Manage the window of product quality for qualified products.
- Conduct supplier’s quality system audit to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain all quality records.
- Resolve quality issues with all RMA's.
- Respond to customers with 8D reports.

**Education/Training/Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Possess at least ten (10) years’ of work experience in the QA field.
- Possess work experience in the mechanical component industry (machining, plastic, etc.)
- Possess hands-on experience in product inspection.
- Trained in ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 (preferably also trained in ISO 13485), SPC advance level, GR&R analysis, and APQP
- Certified as an Internal Auditor
- Trained in GD&T (preferred)

**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**
- Able to use CMM, profile projector, tool-maker scope, and other equipment.
- Possess good knowledge in statistical calculations and interpretations.
- Proficient in Quality Management System, FMEA, control plans, inspection of gage designs, tool-maker scope or vision systems.
- Able to evaluate and write 8D report.
- Computer literate (intermediate level of proficiency).
- Proficient in GD&T, Auto-CAD (preferably), CMM, Minitab and Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office programs.
- Able to conduct calibration on linear measuring equipment
- Possess a valid driver’s license.

Travelling is not required.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
