Location: Kulai, Johor

**We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to join our team.**

**You will play an important role in:

- **
- Lead the team & supervise store activities such as incoming receiving, issuing, shipment & fully in-charge on Raw Material (RM), Indirect Material (IDM) & Finish Good (FG)
- Monitoring, verifying inventory stock count accuracy & ensure racking system are in place in system via physical so could eliminate any variances of stock level.
- Ensure that all issuing of raw material/finished goods are based on FIFO basis and done on a timely basis by his subordinate.
- All receiving & shipment shall be complying with store procedure/WI prior to Incoming receiving/outgoing shipment.
- Monitor & control store expenses such as store consumable, packaging Material, PMP maintenance and store OT within budget set by departmental.
- Expedite RMA/MRB disposition with respective in-charge (Sale, QA, Purchasing & Planning) on the clearing of non
- conformance product from store location.
- Scrap & scrap sale activities shall be strictly monitor by store & dispose to designate disposal area.
- Execute Plan & organize to have a better 6s control & safety awareness in the warehousing.
- To comply with standard ISO9002, ISO 13485 & ISO 45001, RBA & BCMS requirement related to warehousing.
- As internal auditor for ISO 13485, ISO 22301 and ISO 45001.
- Good communication with internal team & involves others to maintain a high level of working environment with the staff within his/her area of control.
- To enforce & comply with company objective, policy & regulation.
- Train all new/existing store staff to be fully job competent, multi-tasking and appraise, to upgrade their level.
- Handle subordinates’ discipline.
- Conduct morning briefing to convey message from upper stream to subordinates.

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**:

- 18 years of warehouse experience.
- 13 years of experience in a warehouse managing position.
- Audit skills & knowledge in ISO 13485, ISO 45001 and ISO 22301.
- RBA & BCMS knowledge.
- Mandarin Speaker is required for this role
- System knowledge for store module (S9 & WMS) & computer literature.
- Safety committee member.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kulai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
