As a Company Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of the Director to important business engagements, while contributing to the smooth operation of daily schedules. Your roles and responsibilities include:
1. Responsible for day to day driving for GCEO to and from office, appointments, and meetings, etc.

2. Ensure timely pick up from residence to office and other locations at the time requested by GCEO / Special Officer (SO) / Admin Executive.

3. Responsible and ensure safety of GCEO and other passenger in the vehicle.

4. Comply with all road and traffic rules. Follow all safety rules at all times.

5. Punctual, reliable and possess good time management.

6. Ready to work overtime and outstation.

7. Maintain and handle the assigned motor vehicle with great care, including sending it for regular maintenance and service. Ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle inside and out.

8. Work closely with SO/Admin Executive to schedule regular car service appointments and report if any issues. Carrying out daily checks of oil, fuel, water, car wash etc.

9. Map out driving routes ahead of time to plan and determine the most efficient trip, to avoid delay on reaching the destination.

10. Ensuring vehicles are parked safely and free from traffic summons.

11. Responsible for collecting and delivering company documents/goods to all assigned areas.

12. Attend any other ad-hoc administrative task assigned.

**Skills & Experience**
- At least SPM Level.
- Possess a valid motor vehicle license with good driving skills and a clean driving record with no traffic violations.
- Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods.
- At least more than 5 year(s) working experience of being a Company or personal driver.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush or peak hour).
- Good communication skills in English and Malay on both spoken and written.
- Respectful, friendly and honest.
- Hardworking, focused on driving details, flexible and can work under pressure.
- Familiarity with GPS devices such as Waze/Google Maps.
- Travel outstation, whenever necessary.
- Ready to work overtimes, weekends, public holidays outstation as and when required. _(OT pay will be provided)_

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
