**Job Description**:

- ** Provide Quality Nursing Care** - Deliver safe, effective, and efficient patient care in alignment with the hospital’s vision and standards.
- ** Support and Supervise** - Guide and support fellow nurses to enhance clinical skills and job performance.
- ** Collaborate with the Healthcare Team** - Work closely with doctors and other departments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- ** Ensure Safety and Compliance** - Use medical supplies responsibly, maintain patient confidentiality, and comply with hospital policies and procedures.
- ** Continuous Learning** - Participate in training and Continuous Nursing Education (CNE) to maintain professional certification and stay updated with current practices.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing
- Valid **LJM** (_Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia_) Certificate
- Valid Annual Practice Certificate (**APC**) and Retention of Name (**RON**)
- Post Basic Certificate in Operation Theatre
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Operation Theatre
