Web Content Writer

**Responsibilities**:

- Have experience in SEO
- Responsible for cooperate the creative team, developing creative ideas, directing creative work, and many other related tasks
- Meet work standards by following production, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements
- Meet cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions
- Determine production requirements and schedule by conferring with cross-functional teams and clients’ expectations
- Negotiate with clients to amend ideas in line with their wishes and explain what is and is not possible
- Keep clients abreast of progress and answer their questions
- Storyboard or translate ideas to the creative team of copywriters, designers and event coordinators
- Attend strategy meetings for new business
- Lead brainstorming sessions with creative teams to develop ad campaigns based on client needs.
- Create advertising proposals for clients
- Pitch (convincingly) concepts to clients
- Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines
- Hire, develop, and manage the creative team
- Select external suppliers/freelancers when necessary
- Produce sketches or “storyboards” to communicate ideas to clients
- Gain understanding of the target audience and business that the advert is aimed at
- Commission freelanced photographers, artists, and or film-makers to work on projects

**Requirements**:

- Must communicate well in Cantonese & Mandarin, other languages will be added advantage.
- Able to read and write in Mandarin and English.
- Solid background in copywriting, storyboarding, and/or design and art direction
- Experience with photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, HTML5, Flash, PowerPoint and other related programs
- Experience in content and online-to-offline ad campaigns production
- The ability to inspire a team of creative people
- Knowledge of each step of an ad campaign’s process to give creative direction, work on schedule and meet client’s advertising expectation
- Experience working at creative agencies is ideal
- Fast in typing skill.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Home-based and full time position is available.
- This is a home-based job (until office set up in Malaysia) which we required 8 hours per day; 5 days per week.
- Strictly Cantonese Speaker only
