**Your Adventure Ahead**:

- ** Process Improvement & Analysis**:

- Assist in reviewing Finance systems configuration
- Identify Finance processes inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Analytical support across different projects and tasks
- **
Finance Systems ownership**:

- Support admin and change requests for existing systems (Netsuite, Tenderboard)
- Understanding and gathering requirements from users
- Support UAT/SIT and QC for new releases
- Review and update systems-related SOPs
- **
Project Management**:

- Track progress of finance transformation projects
- Help schedule meetings, prepare documentation and manage communication between stakeholders
- Assist in preparing presentations and status reports for leadership
- Facilitate collaboration between internal and external stakeholders

**Essentials to Succeed**:

- Degree (in progress or recently completed) in Finance or IT major
- Good analytical skills and experience with Excel/Google spreadsheets
- Good written/oral communication skills (English)
- Interest/Experience with ERPs (Netsuite)
- Preferred: short previous corporate experience
