Event Stylist

**About Us**:
Legumes Catering is a premium halal-certified catering company known for beautifully styled events and gourmet buffets. We serve corporate clients, weddings, and private events through our themed brands. We’re looking for a **hands-on, creative, and detail-oriented** team member to join our growing event operations team.

**Job Overview**:
As the Event Stylist & Catering Setup Coordinator, you’ll play a **dual role in styling décor and supporting food presentation**. You’ll be responsible for floral arrangements, décor layout, and ensuring buffets and chef stations are visually styled to Legumes’ standards. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives both behind the scenes and in live event setups.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute event décor including florals, signage, table layouts, and props
- Assist with buffet setup, garnish placement, food signage, and chef station styling
- Create event proposals and styling moodboards using Canva or similar tools
- Coordinate event setup and teardown, ensuring visual quality and timeliness
- Collaborate with kitchen and logistics teams to maintain cohesive event environments
- Maintain and organise styling inventory and seasonal props
- Liaise with suppliers and rental vendors (flowers, props, furniture)
- Ensure styling and display comply with Halal, GMP, HACCP, and ISO22000 standards

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience in event styling, wedding décor, or F&B event support
- Strong design sense and hands-on approach to setup and styling
- Proficient in Canva, Google Drive, or similar planning tools
- Physically able to support event setups and extended hours during event days
- Team player with problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as required
- Understanding of halal or cultural sensitivities is a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
