**Qualifications**
- Have at least a Bachelor's Degree in a Professional/Technical field (Civil Engineer, Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Construction Management)/Real Estate Management or related.
- Have at least ten (10) years of experience in real estate management and development, contract management, construction and related.
- Have experience in handling housing projects/ development/ infrastructure/ and other related real estate development.
- Have knowledge in the use of Autocad and others related.
- Have high analytical skills, good communication and negotiation skills and problem solving skills.
- Committed, highly confident and responsible in carrying out tasks.
- An advantage if you have worked with developers and consultants.

**Job and responsibility**
- Planning the project framework includes identifying all required resources.
- Manage and control the implementation of all project activities in accordance with the planned scope, schedule and cost and ensure project delivery meets the specified specifications and quality.
- Prepare and report project progress status periodically and report on an ad-hoc basis for any problems that arise.
- Manage risks and issues that arise and deal with reported change requests.
- Willing to make decisions according to the authority given to smooth the implementation of the project.
- Prepare and draft cost planning, project budget, cashflow and other related matters.
- Provide planning and design of real estate development projects.
- Monitor projects to be completed according to schedule and budget as well as specifications.
- Planning real estate development projects.
- Responsible for making business planning, development, project progress reports and matters related to the division and scope of work to the top management of PPPNP.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
