**The Role**
- As Creative & Content Lead, you are the driving force behind the development and execution of a comprehensive content marketing strategy.
- Your role encompasses overseeing site and blog optimization, managing a central content media hub, maintaining editorial finesse, and ensuring a consistent brand voice.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you play a pivotal role in user experience optimization, multichannel content integration, and content distribution strategies.
- Your commitment to data-driven decision-making contributes to driving significant reach, enhancing reputation, and fostering revenue growth through strategic content initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Creative Direction**: Lead and manage a team of designers and videographers to produce visually stunning and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- ** Social Media Management**: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook. Create content calendars, monitor engagement metrics, and optimize content to drive growth and engagement.
- ** SEO Optimization**: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content for search engines, improve organic visibility, and drive traffic to our ecommerce platform.
- ** Blog Management**: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company blog. Brainstorm content ideas, assign writing tasks, and ensure consistent publishing schedules.
- ** Community and Partnerships**: Build and nurture relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners to expand our reach and build brand advocacy.
- ** Campaign Management**: Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns from concept to completion. Develop campaign strategies, create compelling content, and measure performance against KPIs.

**The Requirements**:

- ** Advertising Agency Experience**: Bring 6-8 years of experience working in advertising agencies, demonstrating a strong understanding of creative processes, client management, and project execution.
- ** Platform Expertise**: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices on social media platforms and understand how to leverage each platform's unique features to maximize engagement and reach.
- ** Regional Experience**: Tailor content and campaigns to resonate with regional audiences, taking into account cultural nuances and market trends.
- ** Ecommerce Experience**: Understand the ecommerce landscape and leverage content to drive conversions, increase average order value, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
