**About us**

Alton Intelligent Technology Sdn Bhd was founded in July 2022 by Alton Industry Ltd Group from the US, with a total investment of US$50 million. The mega factory is situated in Pekan Nanas, Pontian, Johor, spanning approximately 45.25 acres within its industrial park. It is scheduled to be completed and commence operations in August 2024. Comprising 6 plants—including motor assembly, sheet metal processing, plastic injection molding, die-casting, general assembly, and an automated intelligent warehouse—the mega factory specializes in manufacturing outdoor power equipment, air compressors, vacuum cleaners, industrial fans, motors, pneumatic tools, and other smart products. In addition to the production facilities and warehouse, the industrial park features a 5-storey Office Tower, two 3-storey blocks housing a canteen and activity center, and four 5-storey blocks designated as hostels for workers and management staff.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Possession of Chargeman AO certificate issued by the Energy Commission of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia) is often required.
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role, especially in industries such as manufacturing, or utilities, is often preferred.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to machinery and equipment operations. Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations applicable to the workplace.
- Valid Chargeman AO certificate issued by the Energy Commission of Malaysia.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Overseeing the operations and maintenance of electrical systems in a facility.
- Implementing safety procedures and standards for operations and maintenance tasks.
- Inspecting and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment to identify and rectify issues.
- Coordinating with different teams and departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Managing a team of technicians, providing guidance and ensuring their adherence to safety regulations.
- Monitoring the quality and efficiency of electrical systems and initiating corrective actions when required.
- Scheduling and overseeing preventive maintenance tasks to avoid equipment failure or downtime.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
