**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in training, training record, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain and update organizational databases and filing systems.
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and other documentation as requested.
- Any ad-hoc tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang
- At least 4 - 6 months internship period
- Required skill(s): independent, good interpersonal skill, good command in English and Bahasa, MS Office.
- Opportunity to be converted to permanent after internship.
- Strong sense of responsibility, independent, able to multitask and attention to details.

**Finance Support**:

- Assists in daily income collection and bank transaction updates.
- Assists seniors in verifying payments and invoices.
- Keep track and documenting financial documents.
- Assists in data housekeeping for accounting system migration.
- Performing other relevant support activities as and when required.

**Requirement**:

- Familiar with Microsoft office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Minimum duration of 3-6 months
- Must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
