**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in QC/QA, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing. Fresh graduates with strong interest in QC are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015, HALAL, and food safety regulations is an advantage.
- Hands-on skills in quality inspection, sample testing (incoming, in-process, and finished goods), and basic sensory evaluation.
- Strong record-keeping and documentation discipline; able to prepare accurate QC reports and maintain compliance files.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with production and cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle non-conformance investigations with guidance.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment; willing to work shift/extended hours if required.
- Non-smoker, not allergic to food ingredients, and able to handle caffeine-based products.

**Job scope**
- Carry out daily quality checks and testing of incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Record and verify test results promptly and accurately in QC reports and systems.
- Conduct sensory evaluation and basic laboratory tests to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain and organize documentation including QC records, CoAs, calibration, and compliance files in line with ISO, GMP, HACCP, and HALAL standards.
- Monitor adherence to SOPs across production and highlight any deviations for corrective action.
- Liaise with Production and QA to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement.
- Provide basic training/guidance to production staff on hygiene, testing procedures, and SOP compliance.
- Assist in audits, certification renewals, and regulatory inspections.
- Support preventive maintenance of QC equipment and report safety or quality-related incidents.
- Perform other quality-related tasks as assigned by management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
