**How you’ll make an impact**:

- Support the sourcing, price comparison, and negotiation of the indirect procurement activities by gathering internal business requirements, conducting market benchmarking and aligning expectations of all the parties involved in the bidding process
- Implement procurement strategies in accordance with the established procurement policies within the assigned area of responsibility and contribute to achieving cost-optimization target where applicable
- Manage transactional procurement processes, including but not limited to review purchase orders, evaluate, and negotiate terms on behalf of internal stakeholders with suppliers, verify supplier onboarding documents, validate non-compliant invoices for the APAC region
- Support supplier management for the APAC region by assisting with performance tracking, relationship management and compliance monitoring
- Coordinate procurement-related communication with internal stakeholders in APAC, and external suppliers to ensure alignment and smooth executions of procurement activities
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholder to purchase order (PO) processOther duties as assigned by leadership

**What you'll need (required)**:

- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in procurement
- Strong competency in Excel and Power Point
- Strong command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory

**What else we look for (preferred)**:

- Experience working with source-to-pay related systems (e.g., Coupa) preferred
- Additional language skills such as Korean or Japanese are a significant plus
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
- Must be willing to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced environment. Fast learner is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under ambiguity with a proactive mindset
