Telemarketing Executive

**About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and energetic **Customer Service & Telemarketing Executive** to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers — handling inquiries, coordinating services, and promoting our battery products. If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you

**Responsibilities**
- Promote company products and services to potential and existing customers.
- Assign and monitor delivery/service riders using the company’s system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Prospect and develop new customers through calls, referrals, and networking.
- Work closely with branch teams for smooth daily operations.
- Support marketing campaigns through outbound calls and promotions.
- Maintain product knowledge and professionalism at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of working experience** (telemarketing experience is an advantage).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office**, social media platforms, and basic e-commerce tools.
- Able to speak and write fluently in **Malay, English, and Mandarin**.
- Willing to work **on shift rotation (including midnight shifts)**.**port** or able to commute to HQ for shift duties. _(optional, if applicable)_

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,800.00 per month
