1. Filling document (bank statement, sales invoice, purchase invoice, photocopy bills & receipt expenses office, salary report, statement form A & form 8A)
2. Prepare summary sales & purchase
3. Create, submit sales invoice and also update weekly report sales dengan boss
4. Updated receipt payment dari distributor bila boss inform atau ada transaction duit masuk dalam bank statement
5. Sentiasa update petty cash bila involve duit keluar masuk petty cash.
6. Buat nama punch card staff, table formula production
7. Mintak dengan boss document secara bulanan - bank statement, supplier invoice & utilities statement
8. Boleh kira dan predict stock untuk next order dan berurusan dengan supplier
9. Communicate dengan team staff production untuk update stock dan jugak order
10. Remind graphic designer untuk submit design baru untuk printing.
11. Sediakan minute mesyuarat bila setiap kali meeting diadakan
12. Involve dalam semua aktiviti syarikat.
13. Terlibat untuk tolong team production jika diperlukan.
14. Sentiasa remind boss untuk buat payment dan apa apa yang melibatkan duit keluar masuk serta date interview yang telah ditetapkan untuk mereka interview calon yang hadir ke interview.
15. Pastikan keperluan kelengkapan office dan jugak pantry mencukupi
16. Mempunyai lesen kenderaan diutamakan.
Ciri bonus: kaki media social, pandai snap gambar & copywriting serta problem solving bila sesuatu masalah itu muncul
Terbuka untuk lepasan Diploma / Degree yang berminat dalam bidang account & human resource.
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
