Project Manager

**Job Summary**:

The Project Manager will responsible for smooth implementation of Project Management operations are carried out optimally and efficiently, meeting or surpassing customer requirements and adhering to project timelines

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Lead multiple Projects to meet and/or exceed customer’s specifications, project timeline, financial goals and quality standards.
- Ensure achievement of profit margin forecast for targeted project.
- Serve as a responsive focal point of contact for customer, supplier and internal staff for assigned projects.
- Ensure the project scope includes all work required, to complete the project optimally.
- Organize the purchase of equipment, material and services in a timely and cost-effective manner based on the contractual schedule and project specifications.
- Ensure timely and appropriate generation, collection, dissemination, storage and ultimate disposition of project information.
- Implement good project management practices in material procurement, project implementation, and project commissioning at the customer site.
- Identifying and resolving changes across the entire project and negotiation of change order with customers/suppliers.
- Ensure implementation of timely and accurate cost tracking mechanism of project costs.
- Responsible for project status, performance and forecasting reporting to the management/customer.
- Ensure timely completion and close-out of project based on contractual requirement, including resolution of any open items.
- Ensure accurate and driven cost estimation for major systems project pursuit.
- Ensuring focus on understanding customer needs and solving of customer problems to improve customer satisfaction.

**Who you are**:

- You have a positive relationship builder with a strong desire to win against competition. A highly motivated self-starter with good communication with all clients/prospective clients and strong project management skill.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Frequent interaction with customers, subsidiaries, representatives and other world area sales/operations management.
- Regular business relationship with contractors and sub-vendors.
- Able to interact positively with all Asia Pacific countries, recognizing and adapting to the cultural differences that exist.
- Willing to travel, as and when needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Control or Computer Engineering.
- Average of 10 years experience in process control industry and project management, with at least 5 years in PM capacity, handling multiple system projects.
- Proven people leadership skills with strong communication and social skills at all levels.
- Strong leadership, organizational and planning skills.
- Strong commercial and financial foresight.
- Excellent analytical skills and results-oriented.Crucial, driven and ability to deliver effective, innovative solutions.
