To manage the following offices in the Teaching-Learning Dept: Trips Office - Manages any trip related activity that is on campus from the design of learning outcomes through the development of these trips. - To work in concert with teachers, procurement team and external vendors on sourcing of quotation, monitoring of trip forms, collections of fees from students to ensure successful confirmation for these trips. Training Office - Assist the Principals and Senior Leadership Teams to support development and enhancement of teaching, learning and assessment practices within the schools which includes strategic delivery, learner engagement and management, selection of appropriate projects, and new technologies. - To work with Business Support Unit/HOD to articulate the development of staff through formulation and implementation of plans, policies and best practices particularly relating to staff professional development. - Working with the Principals & Leadership Team, co-ordinate and where appropriate facilitate professional development for teaching staff in accordance with the aims and objectives of the School. To provide professional development to teaching staff on teaching practice and methods by modelling lessons and activities within classrooms - Generally in the delivery of a variety of internal workshops, courses and programmes whether through giving presentations, facilitating learning in small groups, coaching or teaching online. - Builds and works with school management to implement certification processes that work towards degree granting end point objectives for the teaching community Job Requirements: '¢ Degree in Management/Administration or any related field '¢ At least 3 years working experience in the Education Industry '¢ Analytical and detailed oriented '¢ Excellent management and organizational skills '¢ Good interpersonal and communication skills '¢ Able to work independently '¢ IT literate
