'¢ Provide engineering support for projects from the initial stage progressing to operations. '¢ Responsibility comprises of tender and contract preparation, drilling program, simulation, HAZOP, HAZID, DWOP followed by equipment commissioning, rig survey and drilling operations and preparation of EOWR and AAR upon completion of well '¢ To provide installation, repairs and routine servicing of remedial service packers, completion tools and other rental equipment in the shop and in the field. '¢ Acts to manage field crews whenever necessary (similar to engineers) but also with a great deal of autonomy and responsibility. '¢ Provides expert judgment and analysis for the design, development and implementation of technical products and systems. '¢ Resolves highly complex technical issues and conducts advanced research. Recommends alterations to development and design to improve quality of products and/or procedures.
